This second-story office space is a two room suite. The front office is 336 sq ft and is suitable for multiple desks or a conference room. The back office is 245 sq ft and is suitable for two workstations, or for a single workstation with a seating area.
A double-hung window overlooks U.S. 85 (Sherman Street) and has views of the Lawrence County Courthouse, Deadwood City Hall, and Deadwood Mountain Grand. The spaces were renovated in 2003, and are finished with natural trim, textured drywall, and commercial carpet. Access to this office is through a shared outside entrance and common spaces, including a shared conference room and shared bathroom with single sink vanity, toilet, and walk-in shower. building is heated with natural gas furnaces and cooled with central air conditioning. There’s a single shared bathroom on the second floor, a single shared bathroom on the ground floor, and a shared kitchen on the ground floor. Trash collection is provided weekly, and the building has its own commercial dumpster on Miller Street.
Water, sewer, electricity, natural gas, and garbage collection are included in all lease agreements. High-speed internet can be added for an additional fee. A 7.5kW solar panel array on the roof was added in 2014 and produces roughly 75% of the power needs of the building. It’s the only solar-electric array in Deadwood.
